- Our team will start by replicating your component using adequate equipment and tools and Solidworks CAD.
- Our team will modify the current design to ensure accurate fitment and perform as an OEM part.
- We will manufacture the patterns in-house and procure castings from high-tech sources after complete verification and checks.
- The parts will be inspected for various levels of quality checks at the primary level and then the parts will enter our machine shop for machining and all the necessary final QC inspection will be carried out before delivery.
